Started reading your book in 2007 when I purchased my first rental. Now I am on rental numer 9 and reading your book for the second time. Interested in CYA- Protecting Your Assets. Can not find it on your website???

Mike, Thank you for sharing such valuable information in your book. As a beginner, it transformed me from being too fearful to try rental properties to now being excited about building wealth using rentals.
